Is there a free trial period?
Yes, you start your fully featured 14 day free trial and we don't take any payment for 14 days. During this time you can cancel any time without cost.
Am I tied into a long-term contract?
We don't believe in tying you in to something that you no longer want, so you can cancel your account at any time. You can also stop renewal and continue to use Komodo until your subscription ends.
Can I have some learners with English and some with mathematics?
Yes, you can have any combination of mathematics and English or both. The pricing and discounts will be calculated during sign up.
Can I make changes to my plan after signing up?
We've made the subscription system as flexible as possible. You can add or remove learners any time and add or remove English or Mathematics. The monthly plan is more flexible than yearly because you can cancel at any time but the yearly plan is better value in the long run. After signing up you manage your subscription in your account dashboard.
Is the subscription payment secure?
Yes, completely. We use Stripe.com and PayPal, the two industry leaders in secure online subscription payment. They offer the highest level of payment security you can get.
Can I add an extra learner later?
Yes. You can add an extra learner at any time. Our family-friendly pricing means this costs around half the price of the first learner.
Can I switch to an annual plan?
Yes, you can switch to an annual plan at any time. Simply login to your account dashboard.
Love to subscribe but can't afford it?
If you're unemployed, a single-parent , a refugee or plain just can't afford it. Speak to us and we'll see if we can help.
What technical requirements do I need to use Komodo?
Komodo works on iPad, iPhone, Android (both tablets and phones) and Kindle Fire. It also works on windows and mac computers. It requires a persistent web connection. This page will help you find the right app for all your devices - but don't worry, we'll direct you there as soon as you sign up.
If I cancel, will you refund my current monthly payment?
We don't issue refunds for payments that have already been taken. If you want to cancel, please make sure to do it before the payment is due. You can also cancel before the next payment and have access until the payment would have been due.
